Hello. This is aloha37, who is in charge of corporate education at Realworld.
(Those of you who have seen Realworld posts probably have an idea of what corporate education is, right? Haha)

Huh?? Realworld is about education, not games?

Some of you might be wondering about this. ^^

Without you knowing, Realworld's educational programs have been to so many places.
Just looking at regions, we've been all over Seoul, as well as Cheonan, Gochang, Eumseong, Gapyeong, Gonjiam, Yangpyeong, Osan, and even as far as Jeju Island~
(Once we're unified, we'll have to go to Pyongyang too~ (*≧∇≦)ノ )

On January 29th, we went to a corporate training center in Osan. (It's no secret that this was our 4th visit haha)
What are these people doing? What are they looking at so intently?
Filling up the lobby, so immersed they don't even hear when someone talks to them - what's with this level of engagement?! Hahaha

For those who might not know, let me briefly explain:
Realworld is an immersive role-playing program where real spaces are given storylines, participants solve problems through quests, and become the protagonists themselves.
There are various types depending on purpose and scale of experience.
By connecting immersion and experience to education, we also provide Realworld as a new concept of edutainment content that satisfies both fun and learning.

Realworld is creating programs that go beyond what people commonly call gamification. ^^

Shall we take a closer look?

What is Realworld's educational program?

- Experiential educational content that breaks away from traditional lecture-style, message-injection education, allowing participants to directly experience and internalize key messages through physical engagement
- A 4th Industrial Revolution era educational program that incorporates convergent trans-media and digital devices that enhance the reality of experience into education
- Immersive role-playing activities where participants become protagonists by solving problems through quest-based approaches using toolkits in educational spaces
- A hyper-collaborative experiential organizational culture activation program where team members cooperate to solve given problems and achieve missions, experiencing problem-solving skills, communication, collaboration, and a sense of achievement
- A core value internalization program that reflects top management messages and organizational mission core values in quests to solve problems

What kinds of corporate education programs does Realworld offer?

Realworld currently has two programs: <Announced Hacking> and <Treasure X>.

To briefly explain, <Announced Hacking> is an indoor type game with the concept of protecting our company's confidential documents from hackers.

Announced Hacking: Indoor Type (a program that can be conducted anywhere indoors such as auditoriums, meeting rooms, lecture halls, etc.)
- Creative problem-solving capability enhancement education
- Communication and organizational unity
- Indoor activities for team building
- The best program for injecting active participation and organizational vitality

This core value internalization program has been implemented since its launch in 2018, and especially in 2019, by various companies and institutions including the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport Human Resources Development Institute, KB Kookmin Bank, 3M Korea, Hankook Tire & Technology, and Hyundai Department Store.

<Treasure X> is a field type game where participants find treasures hidden in their company building or training center. It opened in 2019 and has been adopted by major companies including KB Kookmin Bank (since it's a program that's applied to company buildings or training centers, it's mainly been adopted by large corporations).

Treasure X: Field Type (a program that maps core values to specific locations such as company buildings or training centers)
- A program where participants physically internalize corporate core values and missions by solving quests and secrets hidden in spaces/locations
- Quest planning that contains our company's core values, unique to our company
- Enhances members' understanding of and affinity for the organization
- Enables individual voluntary/creative problem-solving capabilities
- A program that can be used continuously once created (*kit fees/platform usage fees separate)

Recently, one of our members went to a KB branch near our office, and the teller said they had experienced our Treasure X! How exciting!
Treasure X was implemented in KB's promotion education program in the second half of last year! Such a wonderful and happy connection~^^

In closing...

When conducting Realworld education, I feel proud watching the actual participants,
but there are many more gratifying and thankful moments.

After conducting education, the training managers' excitement feels greater than expected.
They say 'Realworld, yes this is it!' but they didn't know it would be this moving, that it's so good,
and they even introduce us to managers from other departments or companies.

Last year, a corporate training manager told us 'UniqueGood Company will become the unicorn of corporate education!'
Until the day when Realworld's educational programs become more widely activated in more companies and institutions!
