Since November, with the shift to 'Living with COVID-19',
in-person training has become possible!
Thanks to this, from November 1st to 3rd,
we conducted the 'Korea Water Resources Corporation
General Manager Leadership Workshop'
with Realworld's corporate training program

What is <Predicted Hacking>?
It's an experiential educational content where participants
solve digital problems using real-world clues
through toolkits in the training space and the Realworld app,
directly experiencing and learning key messages in an enjoyable way.
<Predicted Hacking> was introduced as an innovative
experiential education program at the 'Organizational
Behavior Change Solution - Gamification' hosted by
the Korea Management Association!
Through the process of team collaboration to solve given problems,
it enables ultra-collaborative team building and organizational
culture activation by experiencing self-directed problem-solving
and collaborative decision-making!
So how did the general managers at
<Korea Water Resources Corporation> respond?
While it's easy to have preconceptions about 'general managers'
and assume they might be rigid and hard to communicate with,
the K-water general managers showed none of that stereotype,
displaying incredibly active performance and rich reactions.
Let's see the scenes where we spent time with
approximately 100 general managers per session!

Realworld's <Find the Super Capsule> game
takes place at Daecheong Dam and the plaza in front of
Daecheong Dam Water Culture Center,
which is operated by Korea Water Resources Corporation!
Even within teams meeting for the first time, conversations flowed actively!
Everyone stood up from their chairs and passionately engaged in problem-solving!
They joyfully searched here and there for clues on-site to solve problems!
An impressive sight of passionate participation, even sitting on the floor!
Everyone participated joyfully until the very end!
