Samsung SDS's CA (Change Agent) selected organizational culture improvement / core value internalization training, Realworld 'Word Challenge'!

We are Realworld, a playable content platform.

Today, we'd like to introduce a case study of Realworld's experiential corporate training conducted with Samsung SDS's CAs (Change Agents).

But you're curious about what a CA is, right?

A CA (Change Agent) is an organizational culture representative within the company who listens to team members' opinions about organizational culture in each department and carries out various activities such as communication, team building, and workplace culture improvement based on departmental characteristics. It's truly an important role!

At Samsung SDS, they appoint CAs in each department to conduct various activities for organizational culture development!

So for this Realworld training session, we conducted a program that could help improve organizational culture - the 'Word Challenge'.

Around 100 Samsung SDS CAs gathered in one place.

Before the main session began, we had an ice-breaking session where everyone eagerly participated in the instructor's questions using tarot cards.

As they say, people become more interested when talking about 'themselves' rather than others.

Active participation is crucial in this regard.
This training session was no different.
After all, Realworld's education isn't a one-way training where you just sit and listen.

The 'Word Challenge' is a gamification-based training where participants find QR code words scattered throughout the venue and complete the most creative sentence or photo within a time limit.

Does it sound too easy from the description?
You'll change your mind once you see them actually playing.

Once the game started, trainees explored every corner of the venue searching for QR codes.
By scanning QR codes with the Realworld app, they could acquire words related to Samsung SDS.
They had to collect these words and express them in sentences or photos.

Through the process of collecting words with teammates and expressing them in sentences, collaboration and creativity naturally emerged.

As the time limit approached, everyone stood up and put their heads together - the excitement of the Word Challenge was reaching its peak.

Some teams even started expressing beautiful sentences through photos.

They beautifully expressed Samsung SDS's unique organizational culture through wonderful sentences and photos.

Through this Word Challenge training, we're confident that the CAs gained a deeper understanding of the core values they should embody as Samsung SDS members more than anyone else.

Finally, we had time to share thoughts and impressions from the Word Challenge training.

We heard feedback about the importance of communication and collaboration with team members, and how it provided an opportunity to reflect once again on Samsung SDS's core values.
