Our UniqueGood company members went on an overseas business trip a few days ago~kyaa><
Before diving into the full trip review, I'd like to explain why we went on this business trip!!
Currently, UniqueGood's experiential content, Realworld, has 4 themes.
Indoor Type where you can solve problems and refresh your mind anytime, anywhere, alone or together, regardless of space size and location
Field Type that takes place in specific indoor spaces like shopping malls, theme parks, or educational venues, City Type on an urban scale
And finally, World Type!!
<Operation: Wish>, which successfully concluded on June 11th, belongs to the City type ^__^
Many people have been eagerly waiting for a foreign version or overseas version through reviews of <Operation: Wish> (really, truly!)
We also wanted to plan and launch it as soon as possible ^3^
So,
Our members went on this business trip to create Realworld that can be enjoyed overseas~!
It's literally a real World global type~WOW
(The launch date hasn't been confirmed yet, but we're working hard on planning it, so please look forward to it! *promotion promotion*)
Oh my, this got long.
Alright then, let's get into the actual trip review.
I'll write it using the 5W1H method because 6 members went on the trip, my choice my choice
1. Who?
UniqueGood members (excluding the two CEOs)
This Shanghai business trip was taken by all the remaining members except for the two CEOs.
2. When?
July 9-12, 2019
We went from 7/9~7/12, a total of 3 nights and 4 days^^
Please pretend you don't notice we're posting this review late
What was a bit disappointing was that it rained throughout the entire trip..☆
It's okay, rain is romantic too, singing in the rain~♬
3. Where?
Xintiandi, Shanghai, China
The location for our first overseas Realworld is,
★Shanghai, China★. Clap clap clap
Specifically,
We visited Xintiandi, known as 'Little Europe of Shanghai'.
Xintiandi is a tourist destination that has both the antique charm of old Shanghai and modern, sophisticated contemporary features.
We were surprised by how many foreigners there were, not just Chinese people!
The buildings didn't feel very Chinese either, so
I kept thinking 'Is this really China...?' lol
Walking around the Xintiandi area in Shanghai, we found several locations for the game.
The streets were charming and there was so much to see, it was fun to look around.
In the future, when players enjoy Realworld games here,
they probably won't get bored during the moving process~
Playing games~taking walks~shopping~★
This is truly killing three birds with one stone+_+
While exploring a park in Xintiandi,
we discovered two cats peacefully napping.
Cats are cute no matter which country you go to lol
I was kind of envious of how sprawled out they were sleeping...
Did you know?
Mailboxes in China are green.
After only seeing red mailboxes, it was quite fascinating to see green ones lol
One more interesting thing is,
there were so many places to scan QR codes.
Whether we went to restaurants or cafes, QR codes appeared everywhere, it was fun lol
The problem was, even after scanning the QR codes, we couldn't understand what they said -_-
Chinese... is difficult...
Among those waiting for Realworld's next project,
some might wonder,
'Why Shanghai, China of all places?'
Once I show you the next location, that question will be answered^^
That place is none other than
Yes, it's the Shanghai Provisional Government office!!!
During the Japanese colonial period, solely for independence,
many independence fighters established themselves in this foreign land.
When we actually visited,
the building was smaller than expected...
To think they worked for independence in such a place... it made my heart ache ㅠㅠ
(It's unfortunate we can't show you interior photos as photography inside is prohibited.. ㅠㅠ)
Many Koreans have probably already visited, but I hope even more will visit in the future^^
(When we went, there were quite a few Koreans there too, which made us feel happy to see them)
Through <Operation: Wish>,
if you felt a lot of patriotism and emotion,
I think you'd surely feel similar emotions here too.
Since this year marks the 100th anniversary of the establishment of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea,
let's continue the emotion of <Operation: Wish> once more~!!
After walking around diligently, on our way to dinner...
The streets were so beautiful I took a photo,
but I'm sad it couldn't capture that real feeling ㅠㅠ
4. What?
Game production / Theater viewing / Food tour
Did we go to Shanghai for 3 nights and 4 days just to make games?
Of course not^^
Besides game production,
we ate delicious food,
went sightseeing,
went shopping,
and watched a very very very X100 special play☆
I've posted a separate review about the play, so please check it out together^^
Simply put, you follow actors around while watching the play~!
It was tiring because we kept moving for 3 hours straight, but
it was a very impressive experience. I want to see it again!!
(Thank goodness the actor wasn't Usain Bolt..)
Now then,
let me show you photos of the food
that enriched my stomach for 3 nights and 4 days~!!

This is mapo tofu, it was incredibly delicious, the best b It's like China's rice thief...^^
This is the famous xiaolongbao! How should I put it... it felt like eating delicious, juicy rice cakes?
The broth splashed out, so you could call it sea squirt dumplings,,
Xiaolongbao fell into soup! (I can't remember what this is called..)
This is shrimp fried rice. Nothing more to explain, it really tastes like shrimp fried rice :)
This is dongpo pork. It was deliciously salty. All meat is delicious, bring it all
This is hotpot. It definitely tastes different from what we had in Korea.
After eating the spicy broth, my lips felt like they got botox
It was spicy but addictive, so I kept eating^^ The mild broth was also good good b
The only well-taken photos are of food...
My tongue, which only knew white rice and chicken, was treated well.
Though not in the photos, we also tried Shake Shack burgers^^
(How nice to eat in China what I couldn't even eat in Korea)
The members found such great restaurants,
it was such a happy trip business trip :)
5. Why?
For the infinite development of Realworld-★
Our UniqueGood company still has
so many things we want to try,
so many things we want to show you.
To do that, we need to continuously discover fresh ideas, but if we stay in the same place, we only see the same things.
It was a special mission from our two CEOs to experience more diverse things firsthand in a wider world.
Thanks to that, we were able to have special experiences that we couldn't easily feel domestically.

Having directly experienced and felt so many things,
we want to show you newer and more interesting things♡

Hand in hand
With the support of our two CEOs and
collaboration with our members,
we were able to successfully complete the business trip.
