Realworld Seongsu is a new concept play space and
a leading unique experience space in the urban area.
That place is none other than Realworld Seongsu!

Standard Package: Play 1 type of content at Realworld Seongsu plus various other packages are available.
Superior Package: Realworld Seongsu content experience + trend special lecture
Deluxe Package: Realworld Seongsu content experience + Realworld interactive workshop (Predicted Hacking, Mars Escape, etc.)
Suite Package: Realworld Seongsu content experience + trend special lecture + Realworld interactive workshop
But why do the package names sound like hotels?
Realworld Seongsu is a unique experience space in the urban area
with the concept of a mysterious hotel, that's why!
It's truly a Seongsu-like, Seongsu-style concept.
The training package chosen by Hyundai Motor Group was the most comprehensive
and accordingly had the highest training budget -
the Suite Package.
The Suite Package is a full-day training program that includes
content experiences with Realworld Seongsu as the backdrop,
plus the latest trend special lectures and Realworld's popular experiential workshops like Predicted Hacking
or Mars Escape.

Program orientation and guidance take place at Merry Hall training center
located in the same building as Realworld Seongsu,
followed by Realworld Seongsu experiences according to the program structure.
So the entire one-day training program can be operated
within this Realworld Seongsu building.
Hyundai Motor Group's employee capacity building training held in July
took place in this Realworld Seongsu building.
After lunch, everyone gathered at Realworld Seongsu at 1 PM!
Orientation started at Merry Hall on B2F!
1st Period: Latest Trend Special Lecture (1h)
MZ generation's play culture and
global cultural arts technology trends,
Seongsu-dong commercial area analysis and domestic/international cases of experiential spaces -
a time filled with insights.
2nd Period: Interactive Workshop Mars Escape (2h)
Mars Escape involves collaborating with team members
to perform a common mission of escaping from a base on Mars
as a massive sandstorm approaches.
Various commands and missions for escape
must be communicated only through words using phones and walkie-talkies.
Through this experience, participants can very naturally
experience communication, leadership, and collaboration
firsthand during the short 2-hour training session.
It's not conducted just sitting still,
but the training room becomes Mars where you have to move back and forth between shelters and base camps.
Since each team is given one oxygen tank,
who carries the oxygen tank
and what strategy they devise for communication and collaboration
determines the speed of mission completion.
After the intense experience session, there's a wrap-up on organization, communication,
and leadership, followed by a short break.
During this time, Realworld's delicious beverages are provided
to replenish energy for trainees exhausted from running around solving missions.
3rd Period: Realworld Seongsu Content Experience
Hyundai Motor Group divided into groups of 10 and experienced 3 different Realworld Seongsu contents:
Team 1: Unlucky
Team 2: Invitation from Johann Cattrahouse II
Team 3: Precious Paintings!!!
As rapidly as times are changing,
trainees' needs regarding corporate training
and concerns about training content suitable for today's era must be deep.
Meeting those concerns of training managers,
corporate training packages combined with Realworld Seongsu were created.
