Samjil Accounting Corporation chose Realworld's 'Word Challenge' again this year, following last year's success.
A hands-on word treasure hunt challenge selected again by a company that experienced its educational effectiveness.
This year's new employee training featured collaboration through words, communication through strategy, and laughter through engagement.
Word Challenge: A 'hands-on word treasure hunt' utilizing space
This training wasn't just a simple lecture or workshop, but a hands-on challenge that transformed the entire space into a 'word treasure hunt theme park'.
The key was to find and scan QR codes placed throughout designated locations via the Realworld app, then combine the words obtained to create creative English sentences.
Trainees, each assigned specific roles, held strategy meetings right from the start and immersed themselves in the word treasure hunt throughout the venue.
The 'surprise quiz' that appeared each time a QR code was scanned further heightened engagement.
Correct answers earned more meaningful words,
and the rare '🎁treasure chest QR' provided special privileges allowing teams to write their own desired words.
Using these words, each team completed sentences and presented their meaning and message.

→ The message was that positive energy delivers unpredictable solutions and outstanding results to clients!
Word Challenge isn't about perfect grammar! What matters is how well you collaborate with teammates to create amazing sentences and meanings :)
Though it was a game-format program, the roles assigned to each participant (leader, key person, cheerleader, etc.) engaged everyone fully.
Especially the CEO's opening and closing remarks helped maintain the learning context!
It was a vivid experience where teamwork was felt between competition and collaboration, between laughter and strategy :)
From the training to the group photo session afterward,
it was a time when all participants were joyfully and seriously engaged!
