Hello. We are Realworld, a playable content platform.

At POSCO Human Resources Development Institute located in Songdo, we conducted Realworld Word Challenge education, an interactive training program, for approximately 400 employees in their third year.

This training was designed not as simple knowledge delivery, but as a workshop to internalize the organization's core values and strengthen teamwork. The entire program was titled 'Begin Again' to align with third-year retention education.

The most important consideration in designing the program was participation, engagement, and active self-motivation boost based on that experience.
Therefore, it was not a passive lecture-style education where participants sit still and listen to instructors, but an interactive workshop utilizing the cutting-edge technology platform Realworld.

Why is participatory education important for corporate training?

Recently, companies are adopting participatory and experiential education beyond simple lecture-style training.
Especially with the increasing number of MZ generation employees, engaging and immersive learning experiences are directly linked to performance.

Learning Collaboration and Communication through Word Challenge
The core of the Begin Again program is the Realworld app-based Word Challenge.

Teams develop collaboration skills by solving problems together,
enhance communication abilities by performing situational missions,
and naturally learn the company's core values through the designed structure.

Participating employees gave positive feedback such as "It's fun like a game but leaves lasting learning" and "I gained insights that connect to actual work."

In the AI era, paradoxically, 'experience' is rapidly emerging as an area that 'technology' can never replace.
