Hello, this is Realworld!

In the age of AI, we have prepared an AX learning group for CEOs and leaders running hard today.

Cheerful Rebellion, Social Impact Forum, and MYSC and Unique Good Company are joining together.

This is a place where you actually design and directly build agents that handle your organization's problems. It's not a seminar that ends with "I should try that someday" after listening to lectures and leaving, but rather hands-on training where you leave with your organization's first agent in hand within three hours.

We limit the number of attendees and invite only CEOs of social ventures and other key decision-makers.

Why? Because introducing an agent isn't about adding one more tool, but making a decision that changes how you work and your organizational structure. That decision is the leader's responsibility, not the practitioners'. Also, to go deep with hands-on practice, we can't have too many people. Instead of surveying broadly, we've kept the seats to a minimum to create time to dig deep in a way that fits each organization.

The program consists of two parts: a special lecture and hands-on agent building.

First, Jung-tae Kim, CEO of MYSC, Korea's leading impact investment firm, will share how AX has been applied from an impact organization perspective, and In-hyeok Song, CEO of Unique Good Company, will share through actual cases how to orchestrate multi-agents. Following that, we'll move into practical training with Chan-woo Song, Development Team Lead at Unique Good Company, on translating "our organization's problems into AI Agents."

Each organization will extract one real problem from their organization, design it as an agent, and where possible, expand it to include workflow and a structure where knowledge accumulates in the organization. Finally, we'll wrap up by organizing follow-up experimental tasks for each participant to take home.

What you should bring is one problem you want to solve and two notebooks!

Date: Friday, July 24, 2026, 18:00–21:00

Location: Merryhere B1 · Merry Studio (8 Yeonmujang 13-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul)

Facilitation: In-hyeok Song, CEO of Unique Good Company, Jung-tae Kim, CEO of MYSC, Chan-woo Song, Team Lead

Target: CEOs and key decision-makers of Social Impact Forum member companies

What to bring: Please bring a notebook as we will conduct hands-on practice.

Through SNS so far, we've received considerable interest while introducing changes that show Unique Good Company, which had grown to 45 people until last year, shrink to just 8 people recently but instead create even greater growth. In the process, we've received many inquiries saying "I want to build our own agent too," and after much consideration, we've decided to set aside time for this.

As the number of spots is limited, it may close early.

If you'd like to join, please apply via the QR code below.

At the starting point of AX transformation that creates greater impact with fewer resources, I look forward to seeing you!
