Today we're sharing news about the organizational culture workshop we conducted for Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power at Hwangryongwon in Gyeongju~
The Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power workshop held on March 14th!
It was conducted for organizational culture coordinators from Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power nationwide.
Since these coordinators are familiar with numerous workshop programs,
it's not easy to satisfy them with ordinary training.
However, we're happy to report that everyone enjoyed Realworld's special training program 100% and beyond!

The workshop held at Hwangryongwon in Gyeongju that day

You only have exactly 1 hour to stop it!
By combining game kits prepared for each team and various clues hidden throughout the training venue,
solving problems of varying difficulty levels one by one
that make your stiff brain flexible,
you can stop the hacker's attack!
You can experience even greater fun by switching between
tangible kits that you can touch and scribble on,
and the Realworld app that enables various interactions like AR and QR.
This entire process involves 'cooperation' either by teams or everyone together.
In other words, it's a program optimized for organizational culture education and employee motivation!
During the team-based mission solving process,
participants are more immersed than ever and cooperate with each other.
They experience immediate satisfaction through problem-solving,
and strong rapport naturally forms as they sit together and converse.
The sight of participants actively moving around the training venue,
putting their heads together to solve problems!

1. Move around the training venue

finding key treasures (operation symbols)
and creating formulas are equally important!

formulas with the highest bonus points.
