Today, we're sharing a review of experiential collaboration/communication/leadership training for Lotte Rental's field staff, conducted with Realworld's interactive workshop 'Predicted Hacking'.
This is the first session of the second day of training taking place at the Samseong-dong headquarters.
The atmosphere at training sessions is pretty similar wherever you go.
Since it's morning and everyone's tired,
people haven't fully woken up yet and need their caffeine fix!
That's why Lotte Rental scheduled the Realworld interactive workshop during this time when fatigue levels are highest.
Because it allows us to start the second day of training with great energy and enthusiasm!
Following the previous day's sales training,
this session begins with Realworld's 'Predicted Hacking' program - an experiential training that enhances communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Since it's designed so that every team member is essential,
we can run a collaborative program where everyone participates without anyone being left out.
Since it's morning, everyone's smartphone batteries are fully charged
and now everyone is ready to begin the training!
Unlike the tired atmosphere from earlier,
to defend against hackers who attacked our company's confidential documents,
we need all elements: intellect, virtue, and physicality.
You can see them putting their heads together and sometimes running around the training room,
solving problems and missions through cooperation.
The biggest feature of Realworld's interactive workshop is that
it's designed for everyone to collaborate regardless of age, position, or job function,
and to work together toward achieving common goals.
Also, unlike board games where you only play sitting down,
it's characterized by using the entire training space to encourage active movement.
Moreover, without complex and lengthy rule explanations,
anyone can play easily and intuitively
using the Realworld platform.
So it can be conducted with various job functions and age groups
regardless of age or position.
Additionally, Realworld's interactive workshops have the advantage of
expanding the activity range beyond just the training room
to include lobbies and outdoor spaces outside the training facility.

and you'll see them naturally focusing while getting out of their chairs.

After the COVID pandemic, group training that requires significant budget and time
faced the reality of having to justify why it must be conducted offline.
The reasons for needing offline training are clear:
Collaboration between people, between trainees,
face-to-face communication and the communication within it,
and the naturally emerging and acquired values of leadership and collaboration.
These are areas unique to offline that are absolutely impossible online or remotely.
That's why group training should be conducted as participatory, experiential education,
whether it's new employee training, promotion training, team leader leadership training, or executive training.
