The pace of change in our era
is faster than ever before.
When I worked as a corporate training coordinator at a large company,
I experienced two major changes in corporate education.
First,
the emergence of smartphones
Second,
YouTube becoming part of daily life.
As a training coordinator, I faced a very serious crisis!
Educational content more entertaining and beneficial than YouTube!!!!!
Without it, we could no longer capture the attention of trainees.
So what did I do?
Did I create high-quality educational content?
No, I confiscated trainees' phones
and forcibly placed them on stands during training sessions.
(Looking back now, that was really, really a terrible approach hahaha)
(I was such an old-fashioned person lol)

I wandered around the huge parking lot for over 10 minutes trying to find parking.
We conducted the <Predicted Hacking> training
with change makers who will embark on a long journey
for organizational culture improvement.
