Today we're sharing news about SK Hynix's Inclusive Leadership Training, which was conducted over 2 weeks with 12 sessions at Yongin SK Academy.

Diversity and inclusion has become an essential topic that never fails to appear in leadership training these days.

While it's often conducted in the form of D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) special lectures, creating an inclusive organizational culture is a topic that cannot be internalized through simple lecture-style presentations, so the demand for experiential education is growing.

Instead of sitting still and listening to an instructor's lecture, trainees search for clues installed throughout the training venue to complete missions.

Rather than just a simple experience, trainees come to realize on their own that diversity within the organization must be internalized as culture through both the process of completing missions and the results.

Furthermore, since they must achieve common goals together with team members, it's designed to help them experience collaboration and teamwork, which are important core values for all companies.

After solving 7 clues installed in the SK Academy training venue, trainees work together with their team members to find the boss of a global IT organization.

In this process, they come to realize unconscious biases that have settled in their minds without them knowing.

Since biases settle in unconsciously, they can only be realized through one's own activities and actions, not through lecture-style presentations.

This is why Realworld's experiential diversity and inclusion education program <Find the Boss> is being consistently adopted for leadership training and diversity & inclusion education at major corporations and public institutions.

The reason is that most domestic diversity and inclusion education consists of D&I special lectures or assessment tools. However, as mentioned earlier, unconscious biases must be realized through experience, which is why more institutions and companies are adopting Realworld's <Find the Boss> for their education.
