The startup CEOs' experiential education took place at the Lotte Human Resources Development Institute Osan Campus on this day.
Since it's a newly opened training center, the educational facility standards were outstanding!
Lotte Ventures, Lotte Group's corporate venture capital, has been continuously operating L-CAMP since starting the first cohort on April 1, 2016, to discover, invest in, and nurture innovative startups.
For the 11th cohort members gathered in 2023, this was their first meeting - an orientation and family workshop.

Instead of the boring, one-way education we typically think of, it becomes education where you become the protagonist and actively participate!
Through laughing and participating together, strong teamwork naturally forms among members. Even though everyone has different affiliations and businesses, they align toward one goal they must achieve.
In the natural process of pursuing goals, you observe your own communication style and leadership as well.
Incorporating these observation points, a wrap-up follows, and we gain insights from this classroom that contains a small version of companies and organizations.
