Hot educational news!
Let me introduce you to the workshop training we recently conducted at Spoon Radio, an audio platform company!
This training was conducted with the renewed [NEW] Mars Escape program!
[NEW] Mars Escape is an upgraded version of the original Mars Escape program!
Our team, exploring the unknown planet Mars, becomes stranded due to severe weather conditions.
According to the weather forecast, an even bigger sandstorm is approaching.
Time remaining: 1 hour! Quickly find shelter, request rescue, and escape!
The main storyline remains the same as before, but more interesting collaboration elements like walkie-talkies and oxygen tanks have been added :)
This workshop was held at Amoris in Yeoksam.
Approximately 110 people participated in the workshop, with a total of 19 teams operating simultaneously!
Although it was conducted right after lunch, with Realworld's educational programs, you don't have to worry about post-meal drowsiness~!!
After all, company training sessions usually involve many people and take a long time, so it's natural to get bored after listening for a while, right?
Realworld's educational program Mars Escape is not a one-way lecture-style education but a participatory education that utilizes gamification and smart immersive technology, so everyone gets excited and enthusiastically participates!
Just like this!!!
Initially, everyone starts seated, but soon after, regardless of position, both team leaders and team members can be seen with sparkling eyes, enthusiastically participating in the missions.
How could you possibly get drowsy in this situation~
Let me also introduce the new kit for NEW Mars Escape.
Unlike the previous version conducted at one table, collaboration elements and activity have been greatly enhanced!
The place where all team members sit is the emergency shelter, and there's a base camp located a bit away.
You must use kits from both the emergency shelter and base camp to solve all the problems.
The catch is that you absolutely need an oxygen tank to go to the base camp!
Each team is given only one oxygen tank!
Only one person can go to the base camp to see the hints there, and they must communicate with the rest of the team through walkie-talkies to solve the problems!
Both teamwork and communication are crucial, right??
So you can see one team member being selected to enthusiastically explain information back to the main base, the emergency shelter.
Time is life!!
As time runs out, the footsteps of team members going back and forth between the base camp and emergency shelter become increasingly hurried!!
Communication, collaboration, and teamwork among team members are all values that companies consider important, but it's not easy to convey them meaningfully through conventional education.
Because it's not just passive education where you listen to lectures and that's it, but active education where you become the protagonist and experience it yourself, participation levels increase significantly and it becomes memorable.
After all teams successfully escape from Mars, a wrap-up lecture follows.
This time is spent discussing and internalizing the points and hidden meanings that could be felt during the Mars Escape, and how they can be applied to company life.
Through the experience of reviewing and discussing past experiences with team members, they think once more about teamwork and communication.
Breaking away from boring and sleepy education to enjoyable education that you can feel with your whole body - isn't this Realworld's unique charm?
Today, I introduced the interactive workshop and experiential education program <NEW Mars Escape> that was conducted as part of Spoon Radio's company-wide workshop!
We'll continue to bring you exciting news in the future!
