Hello!
We are Realworld, the leading provider of experiential corporate training.

Today, based on our corporate training case study conducted at Hyundai Department Store headquarters on March 10th,
we'd like to give you a vivid introduction to how
Realworld delivers experiential corporate training!

Today's session took a lot of effort to arrange.
Let's create a fun and engaging experience together.
So today, we're going on a treasure hunt with all of you!

😮

A treasure hunt in corporate training?
Isn't that unimaginable?
Isn't treasure hunting something we only did as kids?

Through treasure hunts that everyone can relate to,
Realworld makes corporate training easy and engaging for everyone to participate in actively.

Word Challenge

Every time participants scan QR codes hidden throughout the auditorium,
they acquire various 'word treasures.'
Teams collect multiple 'word treasures' together
to create 'sentences' - that's the 'Word Challenge'!

These sentences can contain
the direction and values that each team believes should be pursued.

Realworld doesn't just assign participants the simple role of 'team member.'
We give each team member various roles like 'leader,' 'key person,' and 'sentence creator'
to encourage more active participation.

As soon as the game explanation ended, participants started moving busily,
searching for and scanning QR codes!

🏃🏃🏃
Participants who had been sitting quietly in business attire
suddenly started running around looking for treasures.

Realworld creates enjoyable and dynamic training,
not boring and static education.

After collecting treasures, participants gather together to share stories.
Realworld's core approach isn't about instructors delivering one-way lectures,
but about participants sharing opinions and communicating with each other.

A sentence cannot be completed with just one word.
It can only be completed when all team members' phones come together.
Here are participants bringing their phones together to create sentences.

📸

The mission isn't just about creating sentences!
Taking a photo together with teammates heading in the same direction is also part of the mission.

Through Realworld corporate training,
opportunities are created to chat and take photos together
with colleagues you might have never even spoken to before.

Participants created wonderful sentences by collecting limited words!

We also had time for each team to share
their amazing sentences with other participants.

It became a time for listening to and empathizing with other teams' values,
thinking independently about the direction to move forward,
and getting motivated.

'I thought it would be great to do activities like this with our office teammates too.'
'It was a game where everyone could collaborate to combine words and think about the meaning of the activity together.'
'I could feel the importance of each person's role and mutual cooperation.'
'I loved seeing 6 different people come together, respecting each other and trying to understand diversity.'

The power of Realworld corporate training lies not in instructors
one-sidedly delivering these values,
but in participants feeling and discovering them naturally among themselves.

The Boss

The second program is 'The Boss'!

While 'Word Challenge' created sentences through treasure hunting,
'The Boss' is a program where you draw a portrait of a missing boss.

You can scan QR codes on posters scattered around
and solve problems to get hints about the boss's appearance.

'The Boss' also divides participants into problem-solving roles and drawing roles,
encouraging active participation in their respective roles.

Participants once again get up from their chairs,
searching for posters and scanning QR codes.
For difficult problems, they need to put their heads together to solve them.

Once you've collected all the hints,
you can share opinions about what you think of each hint
and what kind of portrait you'll draw.

🎨

Participants start drawing while sharing stories.
When was the last time you drew with markers?
Everyone is filled with laughter during this familiar yet unfamiliar time.

In 'The Boss,' drawing skills don't matter.
There's also no predetermined correct answer.

The core of 'The Boss' is for participants to share
their different thoughts even from the same hints,
respect these differences, and express them creatively.

And here are the boss portraits that were created!
(Even chef Edward Lee made an appearance)

We also had time for participants to check
each other's completed portraits and share stories.

Even though everyone drew the 'boss' from the same hints,
it's really interesting how everyone's style, personality, and interpretation are all different!

Beyond thoughts about appearance,
'The Boss' was an opportunity to share and respect
each other's thoughts and values.

'Word Challenge' and 'The Boss' have no predetermined answers.

'Word Challenge' where you collect words to create sentences,
'The Boss' where you draw portraits from hints.

What's interesting is that among all these sentences and drawings,
not a single sentence or portrait turned out the same.

Even though we work for the same company, all our thoughts are different,
and these small 'differences' create diverse and creative results.

'Word Challenge' and 'The Boss' provide opportunities for participants
to creatively create their own answers rather than predetermined ones,
and to respect diverse answers.
And they encourage participants to actively engage in these opportunities.
