In an era where the pace, volume, and complexity of change has become overwhelmingly massive, how can our team members ride this wave of transformation?
We analyze attempts to embrace new currents of technological and generational change
Hello, I'm Lee Eun-young from UniqueGood.
The world we've been encountering over the past few years is undergoing unprecedented innovation and change. We can say that the very pace of change itself is changing, and this is driven by two key factors: first, the innovation brought about by digital transformation led by AI like ChatGPT, and second, the phenomenon arising as digital natives called MZ and Alpha generations take center stage, fundamentally changing new forms of communication, conflict, work methods, and leisure activities.
Now we need to explore ways to collaborate with diverse people and various resources within complex stakeholder relationships, maximizing intended outcomes in situations where there are no clear answers and we don't even know what the problems are
Seeking answers and acquiring knowledge is no longer meaningful. Large Language Models (LLMs) known as GPT have brought innovation by providing creative collaboration almost for free, bringing colleagues with top expertise from any domain right in front of us. Moreover, key organizational members are undergoing a complete generational shift to digital natives who are familiar with the innovative digital environment mentioned earlier. The key has become leading organizational innovation by helping these members with new mindsets and communication methods ride the wave of change.
Instead of seeking and internalizing knowledge, organizations must now learn how to handle complex problems without clear answers and move toward 'experiencing' methods of communicating and collaborating with people from diverse stakeholders, organizations, and positions. This is called 'Collective Impact.' Therefore, companies and institutions worldwide are integrating and attempting various methods to achieve collective impact and creating results.
UniqueGood Company, leading in playable content and immersive gamification education, introduces educational trends that deserve more attention in 2024, based on experiences and insights from various educational settings in 2023.

Global Education Trends 2024
For the Year of the Blue Dragon, we've captured seven dragon balls that grant wishes as insights. These are derived from top trends commonly selected among issues chosen by leading companies, consulting agencies, schools, and research institutes in the domestic and international education field. We've excluded content that might be biased according to stakeholders' interests as much as possible. These trends apply to various entities including companies, institutions, and schools with digital natives as key members. Today, we'll introduce the main items and insights, and later provide detailed analysis and examples for each trend.

Knowing has nothing to do with change.
2P (Participation & Play) creates Change!
What you must remember is that 'knowing' trends has nothing to do with change. You can only connect with change when you directly engage and let members experience the trends. The goal of education can be said to be member awakening, intrinsic behavioral change, and synergy. It's really important to explore and attempt methods that can maximize achievement through members' own freedom and immersion, more proactively. As various attempts incorporating digital transformation are establishing themselves as trends, we recommend that you also approach and adopt them with curiosity!
