that we conducted with Korea Water Resources Corporation for Gender Equality Week!
Korea Water Resources Corporation held a big event to commemorate Gender Equality Week~
It was full of energy with active participation in various activities
such as photo zones, OX quizzes, and more.
For this special Gender Equality Week event,
Realworld's participatory diversity/inclusion educational content
<Find the Boss> joined in.
Realworld <Find the Boss> Storyline
As RIS agents, my teammate and I go undercover as cleaners in a grand mansion to identify the boss of a global IT company.
Gather information about the boss from the mansion's closest associates and complete the boss's composite sketch!
After attending a preliminary lecture,
through the Realworld app,
participants search for clues in an ordinary classroom
to draw the boss's composite sketch.
What makes Realworld's <Find the Boss> special?
Working in pairs of two, participants scan
QR codes on posters placed throughout the lecture hall
to communicate with
people around the boss such as
secretary, daughter, son, chef, etc.
In other words, rather than sitting still and listening to a lecture,
it's an interactive experience where you become immersed and find yourself running around
searching for clues directly.
After finding all the clues,
team members work together to draw the composite sketch.
Even with the same clues,
the composite sketches drawn by each team
show very diverse appearances.
Through this process, participants naturally
realize their own gender biases.
It's not about learning gender bias,
but rather education that leads to realization!
Unlike lecture-based teaching,
this kind of realization won't be easily forgotten, right?
