Hello, this is Realworld!
Today we want to share news about <Predicted Hacking> and <Number Treasure Hunt> that we conducted at ARCON!
I think many of you now understand the importance of experiential corporate training, and <Predicted Hacking> can be considered a representative content of experiential corporate training.
Today we conducted Realworld's <Number Treasure Hunt> and <Predicted Hacking> as part of the education curriculum for global top-tier talent at Dunamu (Upbit) TIO!
We'd like to share this special time with all of you.
The trainees are already in concentration mode!
However, just sitting still and listening is naturally boring.
One-way information delivery-style education is now somewhat outdated and less effective.
It's time to refresh the atmosphere with Realworld's experiential education program!
Realworld <Number Treasure Hunt>
First, we warm up lightly with <Number Treasure Hunt>.
<Number Treasure Hunt> is content where you find about 40 QR codes hidden throughout the training venue and create equations using the numbers obtained to form specific numbers.
To score high in <Number Treasure Hunt>, not only are observation skills and quick reflexes important for finding QR codes quickly, but strategy on how to create equations is also very important.
During the initial strategy planning time, you can roughly assess each team's characteristics.
Especially for those in charge of new employee training who need to understand their trainees better, we recommend walking around the training venue during this time.
You can observe not only individual characteristics but also how trainees behave during team-based projects!
When the time countdown begins, trainees rush out in all directions!
The intuitive and familiar game format of treasure hunting lowers the barrier to unfamiliar educational program formats.
By opening with <Number Treasure Hunt> first, trainees can easily adapt to subsequent programs like <Predicted Hacking> or <Mars Escape>!
Therefore, we tend to recommend attaching treasure hunt-type content like <Number Treasure Hunt> or <Word Challenge> before the main experiential program.
Since the same missions are given to team members, trainees share opinions and communicate with each other.
Collaboration is fundamental.
To create appropriate equations, everyone's smartphones must be used!
Shall we also take a look at the scene from the subsequent <Predicted Hacking>?
Realworld <Predicted Hacking>
Trainees looking at walls or sitting at desks with their heads together! Why are they all doing this?
Because they're immersively playing <Predicted Hacking>!
<Predicted Hacking> is a program where missions must be solved using Realworld's app and kit, along with on-site attachments placed throughout the venue.
The difference from existing mission-type educational programs is that because it uses an app, it utilizes various immersive technologies like AR and NFC tags that enhance engagement!
(In the photo above, you can see a trainee taking a picture of a poster with their phone haha)
And another very clear and important message can be naturally acquired through experience.
The importance of collaboration, the importance of communication - every company emphasizes these until they're blue in the face, but honestly, these skills can never be developed through competency enhancement training alone.
However, Realworld's experiential education programs can only solve missions through mandatory team collaboration.
It may start like competition, but in the end, collaboration may be necessary.
Through this, trainees physically learn the balance between competition and cooperation.
After solving the main mission, there are sub-missions remaining where you take verification photos and leave impressions.
The appearance of trainees taking verification photos at this time is very different from how they looked at the start of training!
More energetic, more lively, and above all, closer to each other!
The initial awkwardness has disappeared somewhere, and seeing them huddle together to take photos naturally makes you think 'this is what teamwork looks like.'
Can't you feel the energy of the scene just from the photos?
Realworld's experiential education creates these dynamic scenes.
Regardless of which company or age group, trainees who take Realworld's experiential education run around the training venue and put their heads together to solve problems.
Because it's experiential education.
Try experiential education now!
You'll be able to see a completely different side of your trainees - 180 degrees changed.
