This content was developed by SCRAP, a company famous in Japan's escape room industry for venues like Tokyo Mystery Circus.
Here's the story: You, the participant, become a spy for an organization and must carry out your boss's orders. Specifically, you must steal the jet black diamond that another mafia has hidden in the amusement park. Can you hide among countless visitors, avoid the eyes of enemies, and pass through various traps and missions to steal the jet black diamond?
I was curious about how the game progresses, so I looked at participant reviews. Players receive orders and complete missions using provided tablets, with a diverse range of mission types. Finding passwords to open safes is basic, and missions like passing through lasers that you'd see in spy movies look particularly interesting.
Interaction with staff is also essential. If you're discovered by enemies or caught in traps during missions, your time limit decreases, so you need to be careful not to get caught.
Looking at SCRAP's recent content, they seem to be strengthening collaborations with outdoor theme parks. Besides 'Jet Black Diamond,' they've partnered with theme parks in Tokyo and Hokkaido to operate escape room games starting from April 2025.
