Real Challenge experiential training programs!
<Scheduled Hacking> and <Mars Escape> are
Realworld's flagship programs where team members work together to achieve goals in given scenarios!
These experiential training contents naturally improve teamwork and communication skills as participants solve problems and complete missions together, making them our best programs that are consistently chosen by companies.
As the popularity among corporate training coordinators has grown, we've received many inquiries asking if we have other programs or new programs related to team building, teamwork improvement, and communication skills development.
So today, we'd like to introduce Realworld's Real Challenge series, which has rapidly emerged as new content and popular experiential training programs.

<Word Challenge>
Do you remember
Realworld's <Number Treasure Hunt> that we introduced several times before?
<Word Challenge> is an evolved version of <Number Treasure Hunt>
where teams find various words in QRs
to complete the most wonderful sentence in this teamwork challenge.
As shown in the photo below, participants search for various hidden QRs
throughout indoor training venues or even outdoor spaces.
It reminds adults of childhood treasure hunt events, bringing back past memories
and taking them on an exciting adventure like children for a moment.
When the instructor starts the countdown,
trainees walk around the venue searching for hidden words!
When you scan the hidden QR with the Realworld app,
ta-da! The acquired item enters the in-app inventory as shown in the photo below.
Sometimes quizzes appear too.
By solving various quizzes with partners, teamwork and
communication skills naturally improve.
Only by answering quizzes correctly
can you acquire the 'good words'
that are most important for completing Word Challenge sentences.
When time runs out, the acquired words are
converted into word cards.

but they combined those words to create such a wonderful sentence!
As you can see, even with fewer acquired words,
if you create a good sentence, you can completely turn the tables!

<Genius Challenge>
This program requires team members to use their brains a bit more
with dynamic activities that combine physical + mental challenges
and content where everyone puts their heads together to solve missions.
Who will be the Genius team in today's
training program?
The competitive spirit is already rising!!
Mission posts appear when you move as guided by the app!
Various problems await you at the mission posts.
Missions that require multiple people to cooperate and use their brains,
missions where you need to find hidden QRs faster than anyone else using observation and quick thinking,
and even missions where you need to use your body to create specific alphabets!!
While solving missions that require using both body and mind
with essential cooperation,
people can feel the spirit of collaboration blooming even during competition.
Since it's content that requires physically moving and solving challenges,
there's not even 1 second of boredom.
You'll be busy frantically searching for QRs and solving problems!
As you solve missions one by one,
the importance of "cooperation" becomes clear!
Cooperation learned through physical experience isn't easily forgotten and stays in memory for a long time.
Since it's fun too, it'll be remembered even longer, right??
