Hello.
Let's start by looking at these photos together
and continue our discussion from there.
Are these photos really from our trainees
during their actual training sessions?
The training is so much fun
So exciting, so exciting
Totally satisfied~!!
You can almost hear these voices, can't you?
As if they're playing a game,
as if they're enjoying fun recreational activities,
you can feel the passion, excitement, and enjoyment from the atmosphere—
in short, you can sense the 'engagement level of the trainees'!
This is possible because it's not passive education where trainees simply listen to lectures,
but experiential education where trainees become the protagonists and actively participate.
If you're an education coordinator preparing training programs,
if you're in charge of preparing a 2-day, 1-night workshop program,
wouldn't you all want to see this kind of passionate engagement?
I think this is why the demand for Realworld's <Foretold Hacking> education is steadily increasing.
We've introduced you to on-site photos from Realworld's <Foretold Hacking> conducted at the One-Person Creative Enterprise Support Center workshop hosted by CCEI.
This education transforms trainees from passive lecture listeners into active participants through three educational materials:
Realworld app system + educational kit (provided as boxes for each team) + classroom attachments,
creating an immersive participatory experience.
Additionally, all trainees are given a mission where they must work together to achieve a common goal.
They're tasked with protecting our company's confidential documents from hacker attacks.
They must stop this attack within one hour.
Using the Realworld app, which provides a unique participatory educational experience,
trainees record clues using posters placed throughout the classroom
and integrate various technologies like AR, puzzles, and patterns
to block hacker attacks and protect our company's security system.
Throughout this process, trainees must
communicate constantly and collaborate
regardless of age, department, or experience.
In offline group education,
they directly experience through their bodies
the most important face-to-face,
direct communication during the actual training time!!!
To achieve common goals,
how much communication is needed,
how much collaboration is required,
appropriate leadership demonstration, and other
various keywords that corporate education desires
are delivered through experience rather than cramming—
this is an experiential workshop.
While it starts like a competition,
as the training approaches its end,
you can observe in real-time
how everyone collaborates like this.
In offline education, we can see
the bustling, interconnected, and overflowing scenes
we most want to witness
right during the training time!
Taking commemorative photos with team members,
the awkward and uncomfortable pre-training atmosphere disappears,
and the training venue becomes filled
with positive energy that bustles, connects, and overflows together.
I think this kind of scene and positive energy
represents what well-designed experiential education looks like.
Communicating with team members,
solving common problems together,
and collaborating to achieve goals—
based on this process, we conduct a wrap-up,
and the experiential workshop <Foretold Hacking> comes to an end.
After about two hours pass quickly,
a special lecture on MZ generation's play culture followed.
For prospective entrepreneurs preparing for startups
and for institutional coordinators who support and encourage their growth,
this was a very meaningful time to learn about
the latest trends and changes in leisure and play culture.
Realworld is creating educational innovation
through participatory workshops.
