Today, we'd like to introduce you to the corporate training program chosen by Samil Accounting Corporation:
Realworld's 'Genius Challenge'.
Genius Challenge is a team-based game that cannot be solved with knowledge alone - it requires physical strength, brainpower, and collaboration.
It was an educational experience where new employees learned to trust and cooperate with each other!

"A suspicious virus has started spreading!"
The 'Genius Challenge' that began with the CEO's introduction
is not just a simple game, but immersive problem-solving content.
The nine high-difficulty quests are designed to be absolutely impossible to solve alone,
making collaboration the key element where all team members must discuss together and divide roles.
Before starting the game, participants must first solve the preliminary quest 'Number 0'
to enter the actual missions. This design ensures that
trainees enter an immersive state right from the preparation stage.
Despite the program's high quest difficulty,
we could see that the new employees at Samil Accounting Corporation
never gave up and continued to cooperate with each other until the end :)
What sets Realworld's training apart is that it doesn't simply end with a game!
After the Genius Challenge concluded, CEO Lee Eun-young
shared the organizational cultural significance and insights of this activity
based on actual corporate cases.
Through this process, new employees were able to
reflect on "What was my role?", "How did our team collaborate?", and "What should we do moving forward?"
As you can see, Genius Challenge is not just a simple game activity,
but an experiential collaboration mission where new employees learn to work together!
