Hello, this is Realworld. One of Realworld's goals is to make Realworld accessible anywhere across the country. That's why we're collaborating with various organizations in different regions, and this time we've partnered with the National Science Museum in Daejeon. We're introducing the Edison special exhibition content called 'Secrets of Edison House' being held at the National Science Museum.
'Secrets of Edison House' takes you on a time travel journey 100 years back to visit Edison's home. To recreate Edison's house authentically, they've prepared 100 genuine Edison inventions. In the living room, you can listen to music from 100 years ago on a phonograph, and in the bedroom, you can personally turn on Edison's light bulbs and operate his inventions. You can also meet Edison recreated through AI.
Rather than just a walk-through exhibition, you can enjoy an escape room game utilizing Realworld's content. With Realworld's signature AR (augmented reality), web view, and various immersive technologies applied, you can feel even greater immersion. Through various missions in Edison's house, you can understand the secrets of Edison's inventions and their scientific principles.
'Secrets of Edison House' has been a huge success with crowds of visitors from its opening day. You can find reviews saying it's 'substantial and educational' and 'incredibly fun,' and the fact that so many visitors came that people had to wait in line shows just how popular it is. The hot media attention was also evident, with various news outlets covering the exhibition.
Additionally, various events related to the exhibition are prepared, so how about learning about Edison's inventions with your children during their vacation while participating in fun events?
'Secrets of Edison House' runs free of charge until October 20th at the Special Exhibition Hall on the 1st floor of the Creative Narae Building at the National Science Museum. (The museum is closed every Monday, and viewing hours may change, so please check in advance.)
