Today we're sharing news about an interactive networking program conducted with scholarship recipients at the Lotte Human Resources Development Institute in Osan.
This was the Hope Scholarship Students Unity Communication Camp organized by the Lotte Scholarship Foundation.
First, we were amazed by the facilities at the Lotte Human Resources Development Institute located in Osan.
We highly recommend using it, as companies other than Lotte Group affiliates can also rent the facilities.
The large auditorium has seats on three sides like a concert hall,
allowing us to make eye contact with over 200 trainees
and conduct highly engaging education!
How can we help 200+ scholarship students from different backgrounds
naturally communicate with each other?
And what's a way to internalize the core values of this camp through experience,
beyond simple fun or socializing?

which has a long history spanning 42 sessions,
was providing interactive workshops based on trainee participation.
