Hello. We are Realworld, a playable content platform.
Today, we're introducing a highly acclaimed case study of Hyundai Glovis' team leader leadership training program.
With the widespread adoption of YouTube, corporate training managers have faced significant challenges.
Insightful lectures from speakers have become accessible to everyone,
and content enhanced with effects like subtitles and sound
has raised the bar for educational expectations even higher.
This social change is behind the growing demand for participatory education in offline group training sessions.
Particularly for leadership positions, who have experienced various educational programs alongside this era of rapid change,
their demands for educational curricula and content are stronger than any other level!
If there were a program that internalizes company core values while improving teamwork and communication skills among members,
it would be perfectly suited for such demanding team leader leadership courses, wouldn't it?
So today, we're introducing Realworld's interactive workshop 'Word Challenge,'
which was chosen for Hyundai Glovis' team leader leadership program.
This program took place at Midas Hotel in Gapyeong, with 60 participants in each of two sessions, totaling 120 participants.
Realworld's Word Challenge is an experiential corporate training content based on treasure hunting,
where participants search for word treasures installed inside and outside the training venue.
The greatest advantage is that participants can directly derive sentences linked to company core values or training objectives
using their own language and words.
While company core values and objectives are important concepts closely tied to corporate identity,
they sometimes feel like distant slogans or mottos to employees.
Realworld's Word Challenge overcomes these limitations
by creating an experiential process where employees directly establish core values and common goals.
Additionally, being based on treasure hunting, it's a popular participatory corporate training workshop
that can simultaneously enhance active participation, fun elements,
and leadership and communication skills among team members.
Beyond creating sentences about company core values and common educational objectives,
participants' photos expressing these concepts are also captured, adding deeper meaning to the training.
Several companies are planning to archive the sentences and photos created by participants
to produce core value playbooks.
This is because they are truly living, breathing sentences and photos
created through participants' teamwork and collaboration!
The photo right below was taken by participants themselves during the training process
as part of a mission, planned according to the educational theme.
This is truly a rare photo that you might expect from new employee training!
I believe this demonstrates the power of educational programs where participation is fundamental.
Since Realworld interactive workshops are participatory programs where trainees, not instructors, are the main characters,
everyone can actively participate regardless of age or position.
Today, we explored the experiential corporate training Word Challenge
conducted for Hyundai Glovis' team leader-level leadership training program.
As Realworld's best interactive workshop that can enhance core value internalization, communication, teamwork, and leadership capabilities,
we highly recommend it to companies seeking unique experiential workshops
that incorporate cutting-edge technology.
