You might think mission games are similar to escape room cafes, but the biggest difference is that Realworld Seongsu has no time limit and can accommodate large groups at once! Regular escape rooms have time limits of around 70 minutes and restrict teams to about 5 people, which limits group enjoyment. While Realworld Seongsu has estimated average completion times for each content, players can freely play according to their own situations! This means groups of over 20 people can enjoy the spacious, comfortable environment together without any problems! That's why it's popular not only with friends, couples, and families, but also with many companies for field trips, workshops, and cultural activities. Introduction to the Program Experienced by Hyundai Motor Group's Human Resources Development Institute
About 50 people from the Human Resources Development Institute visited, and for a smooth experience, they were divided into groups of 25 each to alternately participate in Realworld Seongsu game experiences and the hyper-collaboration team building interactive workshop 'Anticipated Hacking'. 1. Hyper-Collaboration Interactive Workshop 'Anticipated Hacking' (90 minutes)
A team building educational program that improves communication through 60 minutes of gaming + 30 minutes of wrap-up
Anticipated Hacking is the most popular interactive workshop content among Realworld's corporate educational programs. The game aims to build hyper-collaborative teamwork and strengthen communication. In Anticipated Hacking, a world-class hacker attacks our company's security system, creating a critical situation that threatens to paralyze our business! Participants must execute an extraordinary operation to solve the hacker's staged conspiracy within just 60 minutes. The program consists of 60 minutes of gaming and 30 minutes of wrap-up and insights.
The training room is equipped with game kits prepared for each team and various clues hidden throughout the space. Participants use the Realworld app from the start of the game, following mission guidance to combine clues and solve problems. Through the team-based mission solving process of Anticipated Hacking, trainees become deeply immersed and collaborate intensely, experiencing the satisfaction of problem-solving while naturally building strong rapport with team members. The combination of thrilling storylines and appropriate immersive technology provides such overwhelming engagement that trainees can hardly sit still for a moment. The Human Resources Development Institute members were no exception. Everyone was crawling around, standing up, and practically running around the training room, completely focused on completing their missions!
Bringing the Unconscious to the Table to Diagnose Organizational Culture Together
What's particularly interesting is that 'unconscious behaviors' naturally emerge during the immersion process. In this process, organizational culture characteristics such as communication, cooperation, and collaboration among members are revealed completely, sometimes quite nakedly(?), directly impacting the game results, which we all witness together. This becomes concrete feedback during the wrap-up and insight sharing time, serving as foundation for internalizing what actions we need to take as a company to achieve the collective impact of hyper-collaboration. Since it's a 'physically felt experience,' it shows definite educational effectiveness compared to conventional training that only involves 'theoretical talk.' That's why the reviews left after training completion are truly 'genuine.'

2. Realworld Seongsu Content (30~120 minutes)

While the workshop education is in progress, another group explores the 1st and 2nd floors of Realworld Seongsu experiencing the Realworld Seongsu content. Realworld Seongsu offers diverse content from quick 30-minute experiences that are both fast-paced and substantial to content lasting over 2 hours. You can choose and play based on content genre (emotional love stories, sci-fi mystery fantasy, horror, comedy, etc.), player situation, and difficulty level. There's even content available in English, Japanese, and Chinese, so foreigners can experience it without any problems.
The Human Resources Development Institute members were busy playing games with the excitement and fun of children. It was particularly impressive to see them working together to solve difficult problems. We could feel their teamwork naturally getting pumped up and upgraded!
