I had similar worries at first too.
After recently experiencing Rooms at Real World Cheongju, located on the 3rd floor of Connect Hyundai Cheongju, my thoughts about escape rooms completely changed.
It proceeded in a different way from existing escape rooms, so even beginners could enjoy it without burden, and beyond just solving problems, I could have a special experience like directly exploring a story.
Today, for those looking for a different kind of escape room in Cheongju, I'd like to introduce you to my experience with Real World Rooms.

Real World is located on the 3rd floor of Connect Hyundai Cheongju.
Since it's inside the shopping mall, I could enjoy meals, shopping, and cafes before and after the experience, which was a great advantage.
It was a great location to visit not only as a date course, but also for gatherings with friends or family outings.

An Escape Room Without Time Limits?
Typical escape rooms require you to solve all problems and escape within a set time, so you keep checking the clock even while enjoying the game.
As time runs out, anxiety increases, and in some cases, the burden of the time limit becomes greater than focusing on the problems.
However, Real World's Rooms was a bit different.
Without being rushed by time, I could explore the space at my own pace and progress through missions, so I could enjoy it much more leisurely.
I felt this way was particularly well-suited for those experiencing escape rooms for the first time or those who want to solve problems slowly.
The Special Charm of Rooms Alone
Unlike typical escape rooms where you're confined to one space and only solve problems, Real World Rooms is open-type content where you directly walk around a large space and follow a story.

Rather than just focusing on finding the right answers, it felt like directly exploring inside the Mystery Hotel and completing a story.
I could even feel immersion like I was the protagonist in a theme park solving a mystery.
Above all, the fact that there was little time pressure and beginners could participate without burden was the greatest advantage.

Depending on escape room experience and who you're visiting with, you can choose a theme that suits you and enjoy it even more.

If this is your first escape room, this is the theme I'd recommend most.
Rather than continuously solving complex puzzles, it's designed so you can naturally perform missions while following the story, making it enjoyable for beginners.

If you visited with a partner, this is content I'd recommend.
Players take on the role of a married couple and the story proceeds as you investigate an incident that occurred at the hotel.
The process of sharing clues with each other and narrowing down to the truth of the incident was impressive.

Twists that continue until the end
Since you need to share information that you can't know alone, conversation and cooperation naturally occur.
If ordinary cafe or movie theater dates have felt boring, I'd recommend this as a unique Cheongju date course where you can create special memories.

If you have experience with escape rooms and like difficult problems, this is a theme worth challenging.
The story proceeds as you track the culprit and retrieve the work after the famous artwork 'Mocha Rina' is stolen.

A Space Where You Can Take Photos and Enjoy Games
Another charm of Real World Rooms lies in the space itself.
The interior decorated with a Mystery Hotel concept has photo zones throughout, so you could naturally take photos even while progressing through the game.
Typical escape rooms are often difficult to take photos or leisurely explore the space due to time limits.
Rooms could be experienced relatively leisurely, so it was great to appreciate the interior design, take photos with those you visited with, and create memories.
The biggest difference from typical escape rooms was the ability to enjoy not just solving problems and ending, but enjoying games, story, space, and photography together.
An All-Day Course with Shopping and Dining
Real World is located inside Connect Hyundai Cheongju, so after the experience, you can enjoy shopping, dining, and cafes in the same building.
Since you don't have to move to multiple locations, you can spend the entire day in one space, making it great to plan as a date or outing course with friends.
The fact that you can enjoy it without worrying about the weather on rainy days, hot summers, or cold winters was also satisfying.
