During this time, you showed hot interest in when the next seminar would be held. On weekdays, we don't have much time to secure time for a deep dive together. So! Let's just meet on weekends!
2nd Topic: Creating an Agent Organization for Our Company That Never Stops!
A time for those creating agent organizations, The transformation from AXForum 2nd session tasks to workflows!
What drew our attention was the fact that while we became smaller from 58 to 7 people this year, we became even more powerful than when we were around 60 people. In this process, what we continuously emphasize are the following four things:
1. People and agents must be combined as one member.
If each person individually uses AI and the communication contents or outputs get trapped in a personal black box, it's useless. Everyone must play in open/shared channels. Communication and execution must not be separated. Communicating via Slack, managing documents on Notion, managing files on Google Drive/NAS—if this happens, we can't escape the work of the existing functional organization at all. We must create an environment where all content is brought to one session/channel to communicate and ideas can be executed immediately.
2. We must not be affected even if members leave.
A company's capabilities should be the sum of its members' capabilities, but in reality, every organization faces the concern of staying somewhere on the lower average of its members' capabilities. The reason is indeed the individualized work structure. Moreover, when an employee leaves or gets transferred regarding a certain project, no matter how thoroughly the handover is done, ultimately the project level gets trapped at the capability of the person who joins later. Now we need to change. Work itself must be designed so that agents participate together, always maintaining the latest and advanced state.
3. We must design automatically operating workflows.
A significant portion of our work is repetitive. In other words, automation is possible. Then what we now need to do is create the flow of those repetitive tasks. We need to do more advanced work. By designing what we call workflows, I must be able to control the flow and growth of my work.
4. We must learn what we communicated and executed, and evolve on our own.
The system can automatically re-check what was communicated, created, and modified the day before and find improvements. As time goes on, agents noticeably become faster and evolve to a stage where they handle the work that dozens of people used to do without any problems. People should be made to work on the next stage above that advancement. We must create our organization's learning loop to further expand human potential.
Well, if you're a leader, there's no one who wouldn't agree with the above, right?
We're also continuing to struggle and grow, but now with a small number of people, we've created performance of over 10 times, and as a result, we've proven growth all the way to sales and profit. I hope that those concerned at our level can be somewhat empowered by what we share.

For a total of three hours, there will be a special lecture on 'Nano Venture' by CEO Song In-hyuk, and this will be brief. The rest of the time, we'll experience agent system practice, workflow creation, and learning loop construction.
