After recently experiencing Rooms at Real World Cheongju on the 3rd floor of Connect Hyundai Cheongju, my thoughts about escape rooms completely changed.
Since it operates differently from traditional escape rooms, even beginners could enjoy it without burden, and beyond simply solving problems, I was able to have a special experience that felt like directly exploring a story.

Being inside a shopping mall was a major advantage because you could enjoy dining, shopping, and cafes together before and after the experience.
It was a great location to visit not only as a date course but also as a place for meetings with friends or family outings.

An Escape Room with No Time Limit?
Traditional escape rooms require you to solve all problems and escape within a set time, so even while enjoying the game, you keep checking the clock.
As time decreases, your mind becomes rushed, and the pressure from the time limit can become greater than focusing on the problems.
However, Real World's Rooms was a bit different.
Without being rushed by time, you could progress through missions while exploring the space at your own pace, making it much more relaxing to enjoy.
I especially felt it was well-suited for those experiencing escape rooms for the first time or those who want to solve problems slowly.
The Special Charm of Rooms
Unlike traditional escape rooms where you're trapped in one space and only solve problems, Real World Rooms is an open-type content where you walk around a large space while following a story.

Rather than just focusing on finding the right answer, it felt like directly exploring the Mystery Hotel and completing a story.
You could also feel a sense of immersion like becoming the protagonist in a theme park solving a mystery.
Most importantly, with less time pressure, the biggest advantage was that beginners could participate without burden.

Players take on the role of a married couple investigating a case that occurred at a hotel.
The process of sharing clues with each other, exchanging opinions, and getting closer to the truth of the case was impressive.

It progresses as a story of tracking down the culprit and recovering the work after the famous work 'Mozharina' is stolen.

Not only could you feel the sense of accomplishment when solving problems, but also a sense of immersion like becoming the protagonist in the story, which I wanted to recommend to escape room enthusiasts.
A Space to Take Photos and Enjoy Games
Another appeal of Real World Rooms lies in the space itself.
The interior decorated with a Mystery Hotel concept is arranged like photo zones throughout, so you could naturally take photos even while progressing through the game.
Traditional escape rooms often make it difficult to take photos or slowly explore the space due to time constraints.
With Rooms, you can experience it relatively comfortably, so it was great to admire the interior, take photos with the people you visited with, and create memories.
Unlike simply solving problems and finishing, the biggest difference from traditional escape rooms was being able to enjoy games, stories, spaces, and photo taking together.
A Full-Day Course Combining Shopping and Dining
Since Real World is located inside Connect Hyundai Cheongju, after finishing the experience, you can enjoy shopping, dining, and cafes all in the same building.
Without having to move to multiple locations, you could spend a full day in one space, making it great to plan as a date or outing course with friends.
It was also satisfying that you could use it worry-free on rainy days, hot summers, or cold winters.
